Your tasks:
- Develop insightful, clear, and impactful sales presentations to support new products
- Track and analyze the business on an on-going basis and recommend course corrections as needed
- Evaluate financial return|Identify and develop new products, packaging and line extensions
- Determineappropriate spending/promotion opportunities working in concert with Customer Development
- Lead the development and execution of marketing communications
- Set brand strategy, develop and manage annual plans
- Maintain knowledge of the category, consumer, customer and competitive activity and utilize internal, syndicated, primary and secondary sources to identify value-creating opportunities
- Develop key contacts with industry influencers to grow trust and credibility of products
- Manage and develop Marketing Associates/Assistants/Coordinators
Your skills:
- 5 years of consumer marketingexperience
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Computer literate; especially spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Analytical and problem solving abilities with focus on creating solutions
- Team leadership
- Solid strategic mindset and marketing management skills
- High energy, creative, positive, and professional business style
