SCOPE:
Thisposition is responsible for leveraging Rogers partnership with Vodafone Global Enterprise to grow sales within an assigned Corporate Account territory. The Senior Manager, Global Accounts Manager (Development) will work with the Rogers Account Managers and Vodafone Global Enterprise team to promote the full range of business solutions available from Rogers and through the VGE partnership. In this role, the Senior Manager, Global Accounts will promote the full range of Rogers business solutions (Wireless, Wireline and Services) to existing Rogers customers through innovative and strategic planning, superior customer service leveraging Rogers partnership with Vodafone.
 
Responsibilities:
Work with the Vodafone partnership team and existing sales team resources to onboard Corporate clients to the Vodafone Global Enterprise program
Use innovative selling techniques and product knowledge, to grow business within a base of existing accounts leveraging Rogers partnership with Vodafone
Liaise with Vodafone Global resources to secure sponsorship into target prospect accounts and leverage global account infrastructure
Analyze, prioritize and pursue opportunities for prospecting business within assigned territory.
Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that will maintain a maximum retention rate and manage growth. 
Utilize Vodafone Global Enterprise relationship management strategies in order to gain insider status and to protect the account from any competitive activity.
Act as the single point of contact for accounts on the full suite of products and services provided by Rogers Communications Inc.
Quarterback a virtual account team of sales and service leads to deliver world-class account support and relationship management
Share your ideas by actively participating at regular sales meetings and fulfill required administrative duties to support your role. 
Own and troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts to maintain integrity of business.
Actively participate in regular sales meetings and fulfill administrative duties as required.
Minimum 10+ years experience in wireless and/or telecom industry, preferably managing major corporate accounts.
University Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Solid understanding of wireless, data and telecom products and services.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong strategic planning skills
Demonstrated CLevel relationship management skills
An innovative thinker in meeting customer requirements
Schedule: Full Time

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
