This is Vivek ,
I am a personal trainer with over 4 years of experience in this fitness industry. I am fitness trainer for traditional yoga, core power yoga, meditation, cardio aerobics, boot camp, circuit training, cardio workouts.
4 most influential things which are intensively being taught by me are,
1.Core power yoga- Core power yoga is effective in burning excess of fat from our body, and keeps us fit.
2.Traditional yoga- Traditional yoga is helpful for those who are diagnosed with joint pains, blood pressure, back pain, and for those who can't do heavy workouts.
3.Meditation and yoga (Stress management) - Meditation connects to your soul, we meditate when we imagine something that gives us peace or satisfaction. Here's two types of meditation which are, 1. Dynamic meditation, 2. Chakra meditation.
4. Group workout (It includes all types of workouts) - Group workout covers all types of workouts like,
1. Core power yoga.
2. Yoga and meditation.
3. Circuit training.
4. Boot camp.
5. Aerobics.
6. Cardio workouts.
These all group workouts are with music and fun, it reduces our body fat very fast.
These all workouts are 3 days in a week and 12 days in a month and takes 1 hour for each session.
In group workouts, every day is a new journey, each workout comes 2 days a week.
I also provide full body massage, To reduce the stiffness of the body and to relax your body.
