Role and Responsibilities:-
Preparing Dispatch Report on Daily, Weekly, Quarterly & Monthly basis.
Handling customer queries & complaints.
Coordinating with Suppliers, Supply chain Management team, other departments for smooth functioning of Supply chain of Goods.
MIS Report as required time to time.
Voucher Maintaining, Cost Control, Budget Analysis and Reconciliation of Cost.
Lorry Receipt maintaining, Documentation and Forwarding the same to concerned department.
Maintaining record of order placed, orders dispatched and also Invoice keeping track of whether Invoice is raised for order dispatched by Finance Team.
Maintaining Inward and Outward Register.
SAP MM Model.
Sales Order
Goods Receipt (MIGO)
Cheque deposit
Create new company (organizational structure)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Must have strong verbal, problem solving and follow-up skills and ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously
